Help me set up my network!

Hello im new to the forums i require some help with my "experiment"...
Ok so heres the story... i have a PC that dual boots Ubuntu 9.04 and Vista x64 and they use the network connection of a router about 200m away that i connect with a WLAN outdoor antena!

So i have my iphone and want to use its wlan to connect to that router too! but i want to be in my room not to walk 200m there! i have another router that isnt connected to anything and want to use his wlan to access interent but this router should use the pc to access internet! is that even possible??

to simplify... INTERNET ROUTER (200m away) <-------> PC (Wlan Outdoor) <-----> another wlan router connected with lan to my pc so i can use his wlan to access internet with iphone!


Hope you understand! =).. i belive it has to go in bridge mode or something...
