Internet Connection Sharing on Ad-hoc Wireless Network

Not sure if this is the correct forum.

I have set up an ad-hoc (peer-to-peer) wireless network to connect my 2 laptops (Satellite Pro M70 & Satellite 5105-S702, both running on Win XP SP2, & both having integrated Wi-Fi wireless LAN mini-PCI cards).

For my internet connection, the Pro M70 is connected by an USB cable to an ADSL Modem, which in turn is connected to a telephone wall socket via a splitter/microfilter.

I would appreciate if anyone could advise me how to set up Internet Connection Sharing on the ad-hoc wireless network, using the Pro M70 as the Host, and the 5105-S702 as the Client.
