Internet via Client AP and Samsung Galaxy hotspot

I am trying to use my 4G tab as a hotspot via a wireless AP in client mode. The AP is set to client, it has the DHCP server turned on and is connected to my tablet, but there is no internet connection to my computer. help.
Settings for the AP utility are as follows:

Management IP:

IP address 192.168.2.1
Sub 255.255.255.0
Gateway Address 192.168.2.1
DHCP server enabled

DHCP server:

Default Gateway IP 192.168.2.1
Domain Name Server IP 192.168.2.1
Start IP 192.168.2.100
End IP 192.168.2.200
