Default Losing internet connection on wireless and have to reboot each time

I'm having some annoying problems with my wireless internet connection. I can get on for about 5 mins at a time and then it will disconnect and not detect any wireless networks.

Very rarely i get lucky and can stay online for about 4 hours. But its normally for 5 mins and then a lose connection and cannot detect anything.

At first i thought it might be the router. But i.ve managed to get online using a laptop. I do regular spyware/malware checks and they come up fine. I.ve not installed anything new since it started happening. And it all still worked on the last thing i did install. And device manager suggests the device is working properly even though its not detecting the neighbours connections.

Any ideas as its getting annoying
