Need to do this, But dont know how! Please help

Lets begin...

I need to connect to a WIFI but not with mi PCMCIA or my notebook! i need to connect with a device that would be always connected..such a strange router or something!, and then, that device give the wifi to my house....

i am clear? sorry my english isnt very good xD Help guys
