Need Wireless Help...please help me.

I am currently using a USB 3.5G HSDPA Modem with 7.2MB for my internet.
I want to share it with my friends next building so i figured out some steps,just tell me if they will help,if you have better solution please do share it.
Note:I don't want to buy a 3G or 3.5G router cause they are too expensive and i cannot afford them.

what i was thinking:

Q1) can I buy a new PC and make an ad hoc network from it and keep it on 24/7,if i do will the range be good and strong.

Q2) can I buy a new PC then connect a lan wire from it to a normal Linksys router and broadcast the internet.

Q3) if i can do the 2nd step what router should i go for and what will be the price ?


If you have a better solution please share it ,cause i have no idea on networking and i really need help

Use whichever wireless router you can afford.. between $30-200 USD . Tehy are all pretty much equivilant to performance

so you mean i can do the 2nd option,and try our any normal router ?
