Default Netgear to TP link reciever

Hallo all, I'm facing this problem that is, I've connected a netgear router which have a real ip in wan port and it is giving DHSP ip to local users. Previously, this office setup was on network using TP link router. So some desktop user's have tp link receiver antenna at their CPU which were let them obtaining DHSP ip from TP link router. So how can i configure those desktop so they can get net connection from netgear router as they are using p link receiver. Hope i can make my question clear.
