Default Networking Problem - Any Ideas?

Hi guys

Computer 1 - downstairs Connected to the modem/router via usb .
Computer 2 - upstairs connected to the modem/router via ethernet .
Computer 3 - outside in the shack, connected to C2 via wireless card.

C1 and C2 connect to the internet through the modem/router via their respective usb/ethernet connections.

C2 and C3 connect to each other fine (the signal strength is -31db - and that is good enough for full rate data exchange).

....... but no matter what I try I cannot get C3 to connect through C2 to the internet.

Where am I going wrong guys?
