New Laptop wireless problem

Hi,

I recently bought a new Dell Inspiron E1505 laptop and it has been messing with my internet. The problem is whenever I use the internet on my wired laptop(old) and wireless laptop(E1505) together simultaneously, the internet connection dies.

like when I'm playing an online game on my wired laptop(old) and downloading a file on the wireless laptop(E1505), my game disconnects and the file stops downloading.

I'm beginning to think there is something wrong with the wireless card on my new laptop because my other desktop(wireless) works fine together with my old laptop(wired) as it has been for years.

my router is a D-link DI-614+, under a wep secure connection.

if anyone can help i'd really appreciate it.
