Not receiving any DHCPOFFERS

Hi all,

I am using Ubuntu 8.04 Hardy. Since trying to install new drivers for my wireless, and removing NetworkManager, and installing rutilt, my wirelss is only able to monitor and scan the environment, but isnt connecting anymore.

I am tryin to connect to a free wifi without Cipher.

I am now trying to connect manualy as rutilt keeps crashing, but Im getting the same error as when rutilt was installed and I used it to try and connect.

I have attached the iwconfig, ifconfig, and scan output, and below is the output from terminal when I try and connect.

You would be better off asking this question on the "Ubuntu" forums.
There is a wealth of information on setting up RuTilt on a variety of versions of Ubuntu and you will probably find several people that have had similar problems. Although I have an rt2500 card I have been using network manager rather than RuTilt since Ubuntu 7.10, not upgrading to 8.04 at this point.
