Office Wifi Setup

I need some help / advice with my setup. I am trying to get a good signal from 50m-100m distance, I have a 2.4G/9dBi Omni-directional Antenna with a 2.4GHz Signal Booster Amplifier. Even 2 meters away a have only 3 bars... the cable I have from the booster to the antenna is around 10m long.

What am i doing wrong?
