Orange Livebox range / signal strength problems

Hi

have had a Livebox wireless connection for a couple of weeks but the range of where I can take the laptop is poor.

What is the best way to boost the signal from the Livebox so that walls and distance aren't a problem!!!!!!

I to have been having exactly the same problems but would like to somehow keep my livebox without adding an extra wireless boosters, access points, repaters or cabling. I found this on ebay:

I have emailed the guy and he seems genuine and his feedback is excellent!

I'm torn as to whether to buy it or not
