Default Please help! Full signal but no connectivity.

Please help me figure out this frustrating problem. I have a Motorola modem and Netgear wireless router.

My wireless setup appears to be fine because Laptop-A is able to connect with no problem.

Laptop B shows full signal from my wireless router, but has no connectivity. I am able to load my homepage but then that is it. I believe my internet drivers are OK because I am able to connect with other unsecured networks. There seems to be a communication problem specifically between Laptop B and and my wireless router.

Any ideas!? I have tried all the basic stuff such as resetting the router and the modem.

Thank you so much!
