Problem with Orange LiveBox and receiving phone calls

Hello,

I have recently set up an Orange Livebox wireless router.

Internet access is fine and I can make outgoing calls via an attached handset.
Unfortunately I cannot receive incoming calls on the 0845 number supplied by Orange...anyone dialling the number gets the "dead tone".

I have tried resetting the livebox and using a different handset to no avail.

Orange broadband customer support isnt the best so I was wondering if anyone can suggest something else to try, or should I just ask for another livebox?

Does it not state somewhere in the blurb that it takes time for the phone number to be setup.

I am expecting my livebox next week.
