public wifi

Hi all i have a public wifi near my house, i am not to sure why but i have been blocked from it i was updating my gps, i am guessing the Garmin site must have been an oversight by their tech guys i would say.

Anyway it being Saturday i am wondering if there is a way to get past being blocked till Monday when i can go and see them.

So as i said its public wifi there is no password once i join the network it opens a webpage where it gives you a list of rules you then hit Agree.... and your in.
So i am not sure how they actually block you from the router i am hoping someone here will know.
