selective uploading

hi everyone,

i just installed a new wireless modem router from belkin (mimo)
it works pretty good and really fast
but i have a small prob.

it doesnt upload sites like the msn.com , hotmail, myspace and i cannot use windows live messenger.

it uploads almost everything else and i can use msn messenger (but not see my emails at hotmail)
is there anything that i can do ? is it a common problem?

i use a laptop HP2,1 intel centrino , windows xp home
