Setting up of WRT54G2 as a repeater with DSL 2640B

Hi All

I'm a new guy at the forum and really need help to setup my home network

I have a DSL 2640B modem plus router with wifi connection

I wish to use a WRT54G2 as a repeater

is there some steps that I can follow or some settings in both the routers that needs to be done

I have tried a lot and is there a way to tell my WRT54G2 that she has to take the other one as its master
