Default Signal Dropping

I am having issues with my wireless router's and the connection dropping out. The connection keeps dropping off without warning, while my wireless signal is still available and full. I've noticed that every time this happens, that my neighbor's signal appears in my available wireless networks and my connection will not come back until their signal is gone. I've been assuming that every time they are using their network, it boots me off and I'm now getting sick of it!

My network is protected with WPA2. I've checked my channels to make sure I'm away from the neighbors and we are never near each others channels. This week, I tried moving my router to the other end or the house, but still no luck in correcting. My router is a Netgear modem/router combo unit.

Can anyone advise me on what to do about this problem? As stated above, I'm fed up with this and have to do something. Thanks in advance!!
