Default Speedtouch bridge help required?

friend has just signed up to Be internet and is up and running with speedtouch 780wl wireless modem/router.
i thought he had a proper telephone socket in his room but it is actually just an extension wire to main socket downstairs. couldn't get connected to internet using dodgy extension so router is plugged in downstairs at main telephone socket.
looking to get pc and xbox 360 connected to internet in the bedroom. pc does not have wireless card and he doesn't have the 360 wireless adapter.
looking for a cheap bridge or printer server type thing to put in the room that is compatible with speedtouch modem/router that will then allow wired connection to both pc and xbox 360 in the bedrroom. most bridges i found only have one ethernet port

can anyone confirm a solution. can another speedtouch router be used to bridge connection?? only thing i could find which seemed to fit requirements is a netgear WGPS606 print server which has 4 port ethernet switch.
would this be compatible with speedtouch??

appreciate any comments. trying to keep cost down to less than the cost of wireless card or usb adapter for pc and the xbox 360 wireless adapter.

cheers
