Default Urgent - what is happening?!

I actually don't have experience in WIRELESS NEtworking and have the following problem:

I have TWO PCs connected on 1-routers wirelessly and share the same router to connect to the Internet.

Everything was going fine until suddenly a weird problem occurred, such that if I connect my PC to the Internet the other PC will NOT be able to connect and vice versa. In other words, ONE AT A TIME.

CAn you and thankfully provided me with a STEP-BY-STEP guide for this issue in order for me to follow since as I told you I don't have experience in this area.

Thank you very much.
