Default Using Router as Wireless AP - Please Help

Hello, I have two ADSL routers: Orange Livebox (network supplied router) and a netgearDNG2000.

I have a wireless network configured around the house, with two computers attached wirelessly to this.

I am needing to work from building 2, which does not have a signal. I am wondering if I can use my 2nd router as an AP to get internet access in this area.

It is not possible to run an ethernet cable between the current router and building 2, but I do have the telephone line (the one with broadband on it) coming into both buildings.

Can anyone help explain my options to increase my network range or gain access in building 2 also? Enclosed is a graphic.
Thank you very much in advance if you can help me out here.
