Unhappy WiMAX + WiFi...

Hello! I have a WiMAX CPE, with a base IP of 192.168.1.1, as usual; attached to it is a WiFI router, with a base IP of 192.168.10.1. The web admin page for both devices opens using these IPs inside my home network; however, internally the CPE sees the WiFi router as 192.168.1.2 (to make it fit with its own subnet of 192.168.1.0/255.255.255.0). All my computers, laptops, and smartphones get their IP addresses from the router, in its subnet (192.168.10.0/255.255.255.0). I have a server, running with a static IP address, and my ISP provided me with an external static IP address, that allows me to access my CPE's web admin portal from anywhere in the world (but not my wireless router's one, presumably because it's not in the same subnet, and I've not set up any port forwarding rule to it).

I've tried to open a port for torrent downloading, unsuccessfully, either by port forwarding the port through the CPE and router, and by port triggering one port in the CPE to the router, and from it forwarding it to the server. No use. Also, I've tried to configure some port forwarding/triggering for me to access remotely my server via VNC, also without use. What am I doing wrong? Shall I put the router in the same subnet of the CPE (ignoring the obvious security risk)?
