Default Wireless doesn't work with browser? New one to me

Well this seems to be a new one.

Router is a Linksys Wireless WRT54G v8 firmware.

We have never had a problem with it, it's been running smoothly for almost a year now.

This morning I woke up, turned on my computer, opened my browser and what happens? Connection times out. Even if I try connecting to 192.168.1.1 (default gateway)

Now, here's the weird thing, I go to command prompt and ping the router, it comes back fine. I ping google.com, it comes back fine. No timing out, nothing.

Try the browser again, times out.

One of our computers is wired to the router, it works fine, no problems at all. I checked the router's settings, all fine.

I try resetting the router, try the wireless connection again, times out still.

I don't get it, it's only with a browser that it times out, no matter what computer connects wirelessly.

Anyone know what's up? Strangest problem I've ever seen.

Anyone? This problem is making me very sad, I just came back from an all night LAN party hoping to be able to hop online and bam! I'm reminded of this.

Oh wait, it's a MICROSOFT update that did it, go figure, Microsoft breaking my computer.....

ZoneAlarm has the full process to fix it on their site.
