Smile Wireless Mess !!

I have a desktop connected to a Utstarcom 300RTU broadband modem with windows 7 OS and i just connected a Iball 150m Wireless N Router to my desktop. Problem is my laptop is connected with ssid etc. But i cannot surf the internet simultaneously on both my desktop and laptop.I have to disconnect either one to connect.
The Config i use....
Ip Address-192.168.1.3
Subnet mask -255.255.255.0
Default gateway-192.168.1.1

DNS Preferred -192.168.1.1
Alternate- 218.248.255.145

The wireless router has a Network settings->system mode->1.Router mode & 2.Bridge mode.

When i set the router in bridge mode and type 192.168.1.1 my adsl modem config opens and if in router mode vice versa it opens the wireless router settings. Initially the modem connected to the internet without the dialer and i had no idea how it connected and i could surf the laptop as well as my desktop together.Later i was getting 651 error and my desktop neither laptop was connecting. Something to do with ip address conflicts?
Kindly advise and what is dhcp and its role and how should i enable it in windows 7.I'm confused and fed up configuring daily.

if both computers use

IP Address-192.168.1.3

that's your problem

DHCP handles IP configuration automatically. it's the way to go for most users.

Default Where can I find Ugg Classic Boots?

Where can I find Ugg Classic Boots?
This season's most popular Ugg Boot is the Bailey Button Triplet. These boots will fly off the shelves once the first snowflake of the year hit the ground. We have talked with dozens of retailers about how popular Ugg Boots are.
Everyone that's bought Ugg boots will tell you to buy them early, since they always run short in supply by the time the cold hits in December. At that time, you will probably be looking at your 2nd, 3rd, or even 4th choice, - if you can even find it in the size you wear. The reason being is that Ugg has strict control over the amount that they distribute, so that they can maintain a high demand.
This online store that I recommend carries Ugg classic boots in all sizes - and the best thing is, they offer free shipping when order over 100 USD ,the boots are fantastic.to know more about the supply ,you can kindly visit
