wireless repeater help

i'm currently in the city of fier, albania, and i decided to hook to up high speed internet here. the only provider provides it wirelessly. great, i figured, since i have a wireless notebook.
well, the signal doesn't do well with the concrete buildings of eastern europe, so the company sells high-gain antennas with an access point. i didn't want to buy the antenna that they offered (65 euros) so we bought the acess point. i decided to do it myself, and i set it on repeater mode. the ap connects just fine to the provider, and the computer connects just fine to the repeated signal. the problem is, i don't get any internet, and that's quite frustrating.
the provider does require me to sign in on the first connect, but that shouldn't really matter. i can't really figure out what's going on.
if anyone has some suggestions--if i'm forgetting to do something, or if a different wireless mode would be more suitable for the situation i have--please let me know. below i will post the ipconfig for both the direct connection and the repeating connection. i'm using a TRENDnet TEW-430APB.
