Default Wireless Set Up Problem

Hi,

I'm trying to set up a wireless system around my house, with a Linksys WAG354G Ver 1 Wireless router with BT Broadband to allow wireless access to the Internet on my laptop. I have correctly set up the BT Modem and Linksys Router and installed the Linksys software. On my laptop it now detects this system and tells me the signal is strong. However the laptop will not go onto any page of the Internet, it just says that the page can't be displayed. I am clearly doing something obviously wrong but I personally have no idea Any help would be much appreciated.

Cheers

Greg

Default Re: Wireless problem

Check this wireless adapter configuration to see anything you missed, use "ipconfig" on command prompt to make sure your computer got the IP.

Also check the router and see whether the WAN (Internet) link is up. Below is sample wireless router configuration.

You can also use ping to further troubleshoot your problem.

Hope this helps..
