Wireless speed problem

I have a USR MaxG pci card that used to work just fine. But now I can get speeds over 200kb/s (use to be 2500kb/s) so that's a big difference first I thought it had to do with the driver settings checked those changed some values but still nothing. Then I removed the driver and reinstalled the card but still nothing. Then I reinstalled windows but as you could guess still the same. So I thought the card must be broken then, pulled the card out and put it in a other pc (with the same windows install) and it worked fine. I really don't know what the problem is maybe some of you guys know what's wrong .
