Default Old Analog TV Frequencies being used for New Wireless Network

What I have come across has Immense potential to disrupt the Big Wireless companies, Cable companies, Small ISPs and large ones as well. After the switch to digital TV is complete, one company is geared up to launch an all out campaign to sign up people for Nation Wide T1 Wireless Internet for only $20 a month.
