Default problem of making a wireless link with a digi board

I acquire two digiboards for getting a wireless link with the boards. I can currently transfer data from the pc to the board individually and back but I have not been able to link the two boards wireless between each. I understand it will require a program to do it but I dont know how. The board digi wi-9c using the NETOS 7.1 software. Thanks for any assistance
