These are noob questions, but I just started a plan with T-Mobile and got the Nokia 6133, I swear the dude said you could use mp3s as ring tones, but it won't let me. So I searched online, for almost 2 days now, I keep reading that you need to call TMO and they'll give you some sort of unlock code, but I've also read that you need to reflash and that's the only way....
So I'm wondering what exactly I need to do? What code is this? SIM unlock code? How does that enable mp3s to be used as ringtones? It would seem like more of a software thing, rather than SIM lock thing.
Right now, I just have the phone, no cable, I'm able to send mp3s through email, if I send wma format, it switches them rma but they sound horrible because I have to compress the hell out of the wma so I can send through email, and if I send aac, it deletes it when I recieve it.....I can get mp3s to sound perfect and just under 1,000kbs...
