Nokia 6300 question

I bought a nokia 6300 in Lebanon. It works fine with T-Mbile, but lousy with AT&T.
1-Does this meam that it's a 900/1800/1900 Mhz?
2-is there buttons on phone I can press to find out the frequency?
3-Can frequency be changed?
4-Can NOKIA USA help in this issue?

Hey you can get these answer from internet or from Nokia site i.e Nokia - Nokia on the Web. In this Nokia 6300 is describe very clearly.....
