nokia [n93] problem

I have nokia n93 which i can't turn on. i tryed to put few diferent card in it and it always say the same: PHONE CAN NOT BE TURNED ON. CONTACT THE SERVIS.
Can anyone help me how to solve this problem??

I can't contact servis. I just can't and don't ask why.
