Default Node in milford, Shakespeare Rd

I'm interested in setting up a node on the north shore in milford area, just a couple of houses down from carmel college if you know where that is. There are a couple of other nodes around me that look like they are going up, one in taka I think and one up the bays. there is a possability we could link these three and maybe one in narrow neck. I was just wondering if any of you could give any advice on the best equiptment etc, and what gain i should be aiming for, it would be greatly appreciated

actually i just jumped on my roof and i cant actually see that far, only 1km in the direction of takapuna. althought i can see the new apartments in highbury (mokia drive) which is just under 4km away. that would be a good node :P also there are "the circle" appartments in milford that you can see for awhile, privately owned, no antennae, might be a good place to ask if we could chuck something up there.

Default Mokia Highbury

Can you see high point?
I can't make it out from the pictures.
I can't seem to find Mokoia Dr only Mokoia Rd
I'll have to look and see.
What is happening with the spencer Byron Building.
Is someone approaching them?
Is anyone going to approach the property managers of the telecom building?
