Setting up AP in Invercargill

Hi every one

I have recently purchased a USR9106 wifi router and a 15dB D-Link Omni Arial.
I just need some fine weather and free time to set it up on the house roof and their will be an AP up and running in Invercargill for people to access.

Location is close ot Stadium Southland Isabella st. Sorry but i cant give you a long/lat possition yet.

It may be used to share internet connection as well.

Still any AP's in Invercargill I can try to aim an antenna at? I'm mucking around at the moment with some 600mW cards I bought for $97 for two (they retail $108 each). I keep seeing an access point somewhere near the edge of Glengary but appears to be encrypted. I can't go high gain antenna for receiving otherwise the TX power will be over the legal limit in my setup.
