Hi-Lo ring tone to wake me for medical emergencies?

Our Verizon Motorola T-730 had "My Tones"
Using the keypad, you could "compose" your own ringtone melodies.

I created a "song" of just two notes: G & C.
When a hospital called, the GCGCGC would easily awaken me.

Our new cell phone does not have this capability.
Is there anywhere I can download a Hi-Lo ringtone?
