Exclamation Active hacker living close to my home ! HELP!!

Hi, I have a real problem here
i used to have WEP encryption on my home's WRT54G router and once network magic went psycho telling me an ******* connected.
i went to WPA2/personal with AEP the next day.
some days later i saw my other laptop connected but listed as a desktop under network magic . and then i enabled a MAC filter only letting my android phone and my 2 laptops to connect.
and yesterday i saw that my android is not connecting . i checked the router and saw my phone's mac is deleted from the list and some other Mac added. I changed my password. same happened today !!
i will list the addresses to see if it helps

00:**:**:A7:**:84 <--- possible hacker ( its hostname is the same as my 2nd laptop)
00:**:**:50:**:1E <--- my laptop
70:**:**:71:**:3D <--- other laptop
B4:**:**:7C:**:85 <--- Phone
60:EB:69:41:E6:15 <-- another unknown MAC
i really dont want to go and knock on his door because right now i do not have evidence.
what can i do as i know this can be legally dealt with and i want to do it.
thanks to everyone who helps

also i have AP isoltaion on and have changed router password for the 3rd time

Hello I am to be honest a former Black hat hacker. I will help you secure your network. First off I commend your for trying a MAC filter. Also Know that if the hacker really is hell bent you getting into your network they will. In my opinion it seems like just a script kiddie that got a new program, and is just looking to cause chaos. Go to the web interface for your router, should say on the box to the router or on the router itself, and change the default password, if you haven't already. If you have google password Generators, and get a secure password and change it to that. Use upper-case,lower-case,special characters, and numbers in this password, and least 10 characters long, would be ideal. Even then there are ways around those fixes, if those do not work and the problem continues, feel free to Private message me here, and I will get into more technical fixes for you. Thank you and have a great day.

Great work guys! did you sue or get that hacker arrested after gathering the evidence and have you seen him means what's the age.

Interrogate, aside from using a strong password on the Admin account and SSID password, can using a current Cisco/Linksys router with a guest level wireless access give enough protection in Mo_yi's case?

Cheers!
