AirFortress and LWAPs

Looking for anyone who has had experience implementing an AirFortress encryption device on a network with light-weight access points (i.e. layer-3 communication between the LWAPs and the wireless LAN controller must be maintained) or in conjunction with VLANs at all. I've had no luck thus far and am running out of options. Thanks in advance to anyone who can lend an ear and [hopefully] some advice!
