Find a fake mac address user?

Before Xmas 09 a few people on my street (inc. me) were attacked and had our networks broken in to, I changed from wep to wpa and enabled mac filtering but how can I find the person who the fake mac belongs to? I know it had to be fake because the two other people I know had a person access the network with a different mac.
