What sort of connections?

Assuming Win2k or XP

Sessions: Right click my computers > manage > Shared Folders > Sessions

TCP and UDP Connections: Download tcpipview from sysinternals.com

Or you can try Armor2net Personal Firewall. It has a "Net State" function which can show the currently active connections and the details of these connections, including Remote Address/Port, Local Application/Port, Protocol and Status. http://www.armor2net.com
Good luck!
