I am not really familiar with how to configure router settings so want to know how can I open port 80 and port 443 on a belkin F5D7230-4 wireless router. And also, I have Apache installed on a linux machine, and I would like to know what do I have to configure in my router in order to make a DynDNS domain name that points to my dynamic IP address accessible to anyone, so that anybody can get to that domain name.
With DynDNS, your router would not be handling DNS (or else you wouldn't need the services of DynDNS). All it needs to do is forward the port traffic to your web host, which should probably have a static local IP. You can assign it one that's outside the range assigned by the router's DHCP.
