3Com 3CRWE454G72 AP giving 404 on admin page

This is weird.. at some point the web admin started giving 404 on one of the pages in the wireless configuration section. Specifically, the "Wireless" tab (URI: /main/wireless_encrypt_mode.htm) is returning 404. This is kinda annoying because I can no longer change the authentication scheme or update any of the keys.

All the other "pages" work fine. I've tried wired and wireless clients. Firefox and MSIE.
