Turn off any security, it only adds to the confusion of trying to debug a problem.
Check that your client is getting a valid IP, that is assuming you can connect to the AP in the first place.
If you client can't even connect then there is probably a configuration issue, most likely with the client but this is purely speculative.
If you client can connect and has a valid IP then double check the IP values to ensure everything is pointing to where it is ment to be.
