Hi, I recently bought a Belkin Wireless G+ Desktop Card so I could connect to our home router. While the connection is fine and I can connect to the internet. There seems to be some problem with the software for the card. When I first log on to my computer it wont let me do anything for 4-5 minutes. After this time it will suddenly jump and I get a pop-up saying im connected to my router. After this everythign works fine. But when I try to open ANY folder or Internet Explorer the same thing happens. The new window doesn't open for a couple of minutes.
I have tried re-installing the software, and have also noticed that the computer runs fine when it isn't installed. I have also downloaded a different version of the software/driver from the belkin website but the same thing happens with this. There does not appear to be a way to install the driver on its own.
I am running Windows XP Proffessional with 512Mb RAM, 3Ghz Processor.
