Can only access secured sites

I have a Toshiba Satellite Pro connected to a Linksys WRT54G that has been working fine for months. All of a sudden, I can only access HTTPS sites. It won't let me on to any other HTTP sites. I have another similar laptop that still works fine to all sites. I've tried resetting IE, and easing all obvious restrictions with no results. HELP!!
