The laptop finds the router, the signal is strong and I have put in the correct WEP kep and password (yes, I have double checked), but it just will not connect. I am having to use the ethernet cable. If anyopne has any suggestions (in very simple English) I would be very grateful. Is it possible that the router is too old to connect to the brand new laptop?
Thanks,
Lisa | Hi, since you're sure with your network key, with your new laptop, delete your preferred network and then try to connect to it again. If still you wont be able to connect, Try to call Dlink hotline number (1-300-766-868), you device DSL2740B is only available in New Zealand and Australia. |
