Cantenna + omni

It would be reliable to make a cantenna putting an omni inside the can and using this can as a satellite reflector?

Thanks for sharing the easy way to make the Cantenna + omni antenna, may I ask how to connect the omni antenna to laptop? Should I need the WiFi card and cable? Thanks

The antenna coming in from the back on a cantenna can't work. It needs to come in from the side, at a 90 degree angle to the centerline of the can.
