Default Cisco AP1200 all 3 leds amber

Hi,

I have an access point which I´m trying to connect to in order to configure it. When I connect power, all 3 LEDs immediately turn amber and then stay that way, no change at all. Have tried to do a hw reset by pressing and holding the mode button while connecting power but without success. Is this AP hopelessly corrupt or is there any way to get it to work again? Any suggestions appreciated!
Thanks in advance.

Rgds, RassTuten

According to Cisco that means boot failure. Have you tried connecting a console cable to the serial port to view any error messages?

If it's a corrupt firmware image you should be able to restore it via TFTP. If it's a hardware failure you should be able to send it back on warranty, check that it hasn't expired.
