Default Cisco AP1231 - Hardware reset help needed

Hi All,

I have a 2-3 year old Cisco AP1231G-A-K9 that I can't remember the user id and password to. I need to reset it to factory defaults but I can't login and "resetall" isn't working. Can anyone offer any advice on how to perform a hardware reset of the AP? Many thanks in advance!
