ok i have a mac and i just got a model WRT54GS linksys router. its all hooked up and ready, my macs wireless card picks up the signal but none off my internet is working. the router says its connected to the internet but nothing loads. iv called linksys, my modem company, and my internet provider and niether one has been the least bit helpful.
Sometimes it's the firewall people run on their computer, and not the router at all. If it can't be completely turned off to test (like the free version of McCaffee, which often won't completely disable), you might have to uninstall it.
Other times, the LAN network settings just have to be set up again from scratch.
