has this problem always been there or did it just start.
Try this simple task, use an ethernet cable and connect the laptop directly to the router and see if u will be able to browse the internet.

i think you should better contact your service provider and get in touch with their agents. there maybe some problems with your wireless service and no one else is going to figure it out besides the provider.

Cheers.

nearly all routers antennas are 2dBi. try a 5dBi or 7dBi or higher if anything.

doesn't sound like you need antennas though...

Default Connect to the Wireless Network First

all you have to do is to gather the wireless settings of your wireless access point like wireless name and wireless password. Did your laptop asks for wireless password when you are trying to connect to your wireless name?

hi,
if the status of your wireless network is connceted. thatis very easy to resolved, try to check the wireless ntwork profile i your pc. delete all the networkkisted in your screen,, and re create your network profile..t could be possible that your wireless network was created twice in your wireless netywork list.. if doesnt work , try to use ethernet cable or netwrok cable connect at the back of modem to your pc, if unabel to connect, contact your isp , it could be a data flow issue:
